A large vintage Japanese sake cask, the white glazed barrel form ceramic body with blue decoration. The cask is unusual and rare in that it is complete, with a rattan wrapped handle and two removable bamboo stoppers.

Good vintage condition, wear consistent with age. Handle has cording which is slightly loose at either end. Please refer to the photos, which are highly representative.
